At TR Leger we recognize that students learn in a variety of ways. These preferences may be determined by individual learning styles, present employment status and specific subject matter. Students are encouraged to dialogue with a counselor or teacher as they determine which of the following will facilitate their educational goals.
Full-Time Students
This delivery style is the most common TR Leger delivery style and is available at all campuses. Students are able to progress at their own pace. Student-teacher conferencing is a major component of this learning process. Full-time students attend a minimum of 210 minutes per day on an individualized timetable.
Part-Time Students
Part-time study is appropriate for students who may have part-time employment. Part-time students must attend a minimum of 75 minutes per day on an individualized timetable. Students who are enrolled in this option are registered for one course at a time.
Cooperative Education
The Co-op program is available to help you earn high school credits while you are attending a job. Job expectations are linked to credit courses.
Dual Credit
Students can apply to enroll in college courses or apprenticeship
training, earning dual credits that count towards their OSSD and college diploma
or apprenticeship certification
Correspondence Online
Correspondence Online is available for students who, for a variety of reasons, cannot attend our regular day school program. If you are currently working or have other family related obligations, such as child-care or elder-care, our online delivery model might be your best option.
