TR Leger Settlement Services
TR Leger Settlement Services is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and is dedicated to serving Permanent Residents, Live-in-Caregivers and Convention Refugees with settlement and immigration needs.
LINC classes are for Permanent Residents, Live-in-Caregivers and Convention Refugees; all others seeking English language instruction take ESL classes.
