- A transcript of marks from a previous high school
- Identification with the following information:

Acceptable ID: Birth certificate, Passport, Certificate of Canadian Citizenship, Statement of Live Birth – Long version, Permanent Resident Card

2. Proof of Legal Name
Acceptable ID: Birth Certificate, SIN card, Marriage Certificate, Government Issued Legal Name Change Document

3. Proof of Residency
Acceptable ID: Utility Bill, Ownership title, Property tax assessment, Lease/rental agreement, Mortgage agreement/proof of purchase agreement, Letter of Residency, Statutory declaration
