Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Program
The TR Leger School of Adult, Alternative and Continuing Education in Cornwall, Ontario has been offering LINC classes since January 2002. Through our LINC classes, you can access classes at various levels- from literacy to high intermediate. Our enthusiastic professional staff will help you learn English using Real-World based learning activities and assessments.
There is free on-site childcare and transportation assistance for those who qualify.
The LINC program is accessible to:
- Permanent Resident
- Convention Refugees
- Over the age of 18
